The Art of Hair Color

“The Art of Hair Color” was a project in which I was tasked with not only with packaging design and layout, but also was asked to produce 12 unique water color illustrations for the box covers.

Challenging yet rewarding, it’s not easy creating 12 unique faces out of nowhere. But I’m so proud of how successful and trendsetting this campaign was.

Wale “Bad Girls Club”

It’s 9pm, out of the blue I get a call from the label. They inform me they need single art for Wale’s new single turned in by 8am and if I could meet that deadline.

”OF COURSE” I answered.

I got the sketching immediately and the first sketch was the only sketch. I inked her and colored her and the rest was history.

Ironically I think the bootleggers may have made more money off of this art than I ever did.

Mike Posner “Drug Dealer Girl/ Cooler Than Me”

It would be 10 years before I realized how big a deal these songs were. To a generation they’re classics. Go figure.

The concept was simple, make a bust of a girl like that old 80’s Beethoven sculpture. At the last minute I decided to make the whole thing a bong…it was only right.

A Very Maybach Christmas

This was fun.
Another last minute commission. I got carte blanche to come up with some social media Christmas cards for Rick Ross and MMG.
